The TMP87PH47UG is a one-time PROM microcontroller with low-power 128K bits electrically programmable read only memory for the TMP87PH47UG system evaluation. The device is pin compatible with the TMP87PH47UG. The operation possible with the TMP87PH47UG can be performed by writing programs to PROM. The device can write and verify in the same way as the TMM27256AD using an adaptor socket BM1194C and en EPROM programmer.
